Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need tickets to attend the lectures?

• For the Walker-Ames Lecture Series, admission is free and does not require a ticket, unless otherwise noted in the schedule.

• For the Danz Lecture Series, admission is also free.  However, the Danz lectures are frequently ticketed events.

How can I get a ticket?

• Tickets can be picked up two weeks prior to the event at the Main Store in the University District, Bellevue Store, Tacoma Store, and Bothell Store University Book Store locations.

I missed the lecture.  Are they recorded?

• We are unable to guarantee video taping of any lectures.

• All lectures are audio recorded and are available through the UW Library system.

• KUOW, the local NPR affiliate airs many of the audio recordings air on the program Speaker’s Forum.  Click here for more information about Speaker’s Forum.
