Welcome to your department's view of MyGradProgram (MGP)

Only authorized faculty and staff users who are registered with the Graduate School have access to this Program view.  A valid UW NetID and SecurID are required to access your department's applicant and student information.  Faculty and administrative information (including GSFEI and Exit Questionnaire Summary Reports) only require a valid UW Net ID.  To request access to MGP, submit the MGP Access Authorization form to the Graduate School.  If you have questions regarding authorization, please e-mail mgpinfo@u.washington.edu 
 

Master's and Doctoral degree lists now available in

(Spring 2008 currently not available)

Official transcript receipt dates can now be indicated on the
applicant tracking materials page
