The goal of the Name Exchange program is to inform minority students of the opportunities to attend graduate school. Participants must be undergraduates at participating institutions and must be invited to participate by their institution. Participants must meet these general guidelines:

Be an ethnic minority student. International students on temporary visas are not eligible.
Have a current overall grade point average of at least 3.0.
Be a sophomore, junior or senior at one of the name exchange participating institutions.

Invitations to participate in the 2013 National Name Exchange will be sent in Spring 2013. You may return to this site after your initial entry to make changes, but all updates must be completed by the deadline.

If you participated in last year's Name Exchange, all 2012 student profiles have been deleted. You must create a new profile for the 2013 Name Exchange as if this was your first time participating. You do not need to know your log-in and password from last year. Register as a new student using the 2013 "invitation code" that will be sent to you by your undergraduate institution's Name Exchange coordinator/coordinating office.
