Preparing Future Faculty (PFF)

General Information

  • About PFF:  The program's focus is

"on the full range of roles and responsibilities subsumed by the terms, research, teaching, and service. A PFF program provides doctoral students with opportunities to observe and experience faculty responsibilities at a variety of academic institutions with varying missions, diverse student bodies, and different expectations for faculty. Information on the various phases of PFF appears in the Who's Involved section of the site." (quoted from the PFF website.)

The Preparing Future Faculty website describes in detail how the program works on this and other campuses.
