Public Lecture Series

Summer 2020 Update

Wow! What a year to be in the business of hosting public events! You may be asking yourselves: “How on earth is the Office of Public Lectures supposed to host lectures?” Never fear! With a little creativity, a tremendous amount of technology and a group of talented, committed people, we will ensure “the show must go on!” Check back here on September 1 for the full calendar of events and to register for autumn quarter lectures.

Our speakers are brought to the UW community, citizens of Seattle, and the state of Washington through three very generous private endowments: The Walker-Ames Fund, The Jessie and John Danz Fund, and the Mary Ann and John D. Mangels Fund.
